What We Do
ICF, or Insulated Concrete Forms, are used in place of traditional steel or wood forms. Think of a hollow lego block with 2-inch thick rigid foam walls. Like standard foundations, ICF is reinforced with rebar, but once poured the walls create a continuous thermal barrier with a minimum R-value of R-24. ICF is a great option for Colorado because it offers up to four hours of fire resistance and is one of the most energy-efficient building mediums used in construction. As experienced ICF builders and contractors, we are certified and work with all major brands, including Nudura, Fox Block, Quad Lock, and Super Form ICF.
